We strive to only source apparel that runs true to size. On occasion, it may be necessary to fill an order with a different apparel brand. If this happens, someone from our team will reach out to discuss the differences in the brand – including size information.

We have a Custom Merch collection within our store. However, if you see a design that is not offered with personalization, feel free to contact us. We are usually able to fulfill these requests.
Care instructions for apparel are found on the attached label. Other products may not come with this information, but you can reach out to us, directly, and we can typically get this for you.
Product Availability
You can assume that our products are always in stock. Due to the nature of our made to order business, we can redirect orders to secondary fulfillment centers. On the rare occasion, an item may not be available, we will contact you to work through a satisfactory resolution.
Yes. However if the item is discontinued, we can either print the design on similar product or offer a refund.
Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping is typically offered at a specific threshold. Please see the announcement bar at the top of the website for details of the current offer.
Items with the ‘Made to Order’ tag in the product listing typically take 2-6 business days to ship. Once the order is shipped, the mail time is dependent on the shipping rate you selected at the time of checkout. By default, we use standard shipping which is typically 3-5 business days. Other shipping options may be available and if so, will include the anticipated delivery time.
Currently, StreetIronGear.com is serving the U.S. marketing only. The international markets we serve are offered through out Etsy store at https://streetirongear.etsy.com.
Yes. All orders are shipped with a tracking feature. The tracking number is provided via email when the order ships.
We primarily ship through USPS but given the nature of us partnering with several print providers, other carriers may be used at their discretion
Items may be fulfilled by multiple print providers or even the same provider but through multiple locations. Each item is shipped once it is ready so as not to delay you receiving it!
If your package is showing delivered by the carrier service but you have not received it, you will need to file a claim with that carrier, directly.
If your order is delayed in shipping, contact us and we will work to resolve this with our print provider.
Returns & Exchanges
If the item is “Made to Order” as shown on the product listing at the time of purchase, general returns are not accepted. Please be sure to review sizing information closely before placing an order.
If, however, there is a problem with the print quality, contact us within five (5) working days, including a picture of the problem. We will work with our print partner to reprint the item at no charge to you.
In all cases, if you are unhappy with your item, please contact us. Customer satisfaction is paramount to our small business. We will work with you as much as we can to make it right.
The order placed through our store is automatically sent to production. Because of this, we don’t accept cancellations.
Payments
Accepted payment methods are displayed in the footer of the website as well as during checkout.
Yes. Your payment information is secured through the payment processing merchant (Shopify, PayPal etc.). Street Iron Gear does not have access to your full credit card number.
We may offer financing through Shopify. Check the payment options available to you during checkout.
Sorry, no. However various promotions are available for subscribing to our VIP club prior to checkout.

Yes. Street Iron Gear is owned and operated by Tara McLoughlin, a 25-year veteran business operations and technology leader.
All of our products are fulfilled in the United States. This means that the designing, printing, embroidery or die-cutting happens in the U.S. We strive to source all base products from the U.S. but that may not always be possible if we are to continue to offer competitive product pricing.
All made to order merchandise is 100% designed by Street Iron Gear. This is what makes our products so unique and popular in the Motorcycle and Can-Am On-Road market.
