Quality Guarantee

At Street Iron Gear, every item with the “Made to Order” tag is created just for you. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges on these products. Instead, we proudly stand behind the quality of our work with our Quality Guarantee.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive the wrong item, or if your order has a print, fulfillment, or other quality issue, we will make it right. To request a reprint under our Quality Guarantee, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via chat or email at Support@streetirongear.com within 28 days of delivery.

  2. Provide two images:

    • One clear photo of the entire product.

    • One close-up photo showing the specific issue.

Once we receive and review your request, we’ll arrange a free reprint of the affected item. While we do not offer refunds, our reprint process ensures you receive a product that meets our standards — and yours.

This guarantee is part of our commitment to delivering quality, made-to-order products that our riders can wear, use, and gift with pride.

Return Eligible Items

We want you to be happy with your purchase New, unused Items with the product tag "Return Eligible", as shown in the product listing may be returned for a full refund. No restocking fees! 

NOTE: Made to order items are not return eligible unless quality is of concern. See the above Quality Guarantee for additional details.

Refund Policy

We like to keep things simple. For a fast turnaround and 100% refund on items returned, make sure your return adheres to the following guidelines:

  • All items must be returned within 30 days of their original delivery date.
  • All returned products must be in new condition with zero wear, the original packaging, and all tags/stickers/films still attached.
  • We cannot accept returns on items that show any signs of use, damage, or wear. This includes but is not limited to scratches, scuffs, stretching, dents, dirt, pet hair, or any signs the product has been mounted.
  • If you're thinking of returning an item, please do not wear it out for a ride or mount and use it before you initiate a return. We will not be able to accept it! Test boot fitment by wearing them around your house on carpet, but do not scuff and dirty them by going outside or on a test ride.
  • All returned items are inspected; used and damaged items will be returned to the customer.
  • Please note: Shipping fees, duties, taxes or brokerage fees are non-refundable.
  • You may be charged for the return shipping label.

Return Process Details

  1. Contact us at support@streetirongear.com to start a return.
  2. You will receive an email from us outlining instructions within three (3) business days.
  3. All returns will be made through your nearest warehouse where they will be inspected, credited, and exchanged depending on the situation so it's important that you await the return email before taking further steps.
  4. Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment.
  5. Gift cards used to partially pay for the order will be refunded first, with the remaining balance being credited to the original form of payment.

Return / Refund Exceptions

Certain conditions and exceptions can be applied to our return policy. If you're unsure if your product qualifies, give us a call. We're always working to keep you happy. There are certain items that we cannot accept as returns. These include:

  • Chemicals that are open.
  • Certain electronic items: Only electrical items that have not been opened may be returned. OEM and aftermarket ignition components are not returnable (coils, stator, CDI).
  • Acid filled batteries.
  • Undergarments/swimsuits missing the sanitary packaging.
