We offer free domestic standard shipping to the USA on orders over $100 USD.  Free shipping will automatically be applied to your order upon reaching the minimum required amount.  The free shipping minimum must be met before taxes and after discounts are applied.  Standard U.S. shipping for all other orders will be listed at checkout and typically arrive within five (5) business days after the order has been processed and marked as "shipped".  All other prices and shipping times are shown based on customer selections made at checkout.

LOST PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages when the item as been marked as delivered.  If your package is missing, please take the following actions.

If your mail item is lost, damaged, or missing contents, you may be able to file an insurance claim directly with USPS.

  • Timeframe for Damaged Items: For damaged or missing contents, you must file a claim no later than 60 days after the mailing date.

  • How to File: The fastest way to file a claim is online at www.usps.com/domestic-claims. You will need to enter the tracking number, shipping date, and upload proof of value (your order receipt).

  • Retention: You must save the original packaging, all contents, and any damaged articles until the claim is resolved, as you may be asked to take the package to the local Post Office™ facility for inspection.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and your delivery instructions indicate a safe (from theft) delivery area.  If you are concerned that your package may be lost or stolen, follow the above steps as well as contacting us before placing a replacement order and we will add a confirmation signature requirement to the delivery instructions.  Additional fees may apply.
