• Damages & Defects: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong gear, please email support@streetirongear.com with the following:
  • One photo of the entire product.
  • One close-up photo clearly showing the issue.
  We will evaluate the issue immediately and make it right.
• Returns & Exchanges: Items tagged as "Made to Order" are custom-produced just for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
